As a woman in my early 50's facing new life challenges, I felt like my old coping mechanisms weren’t working anymore. I was in a rut and constantly disappointed in myself.

Dr Jen helped me put simple measures in place to avoid my endless mindless snacking. It’s amazing how much head noise this has reduced!

Now I have a sense of achievement in making small changes and being successful rather than setting big goals and failing.

Every encounter with Dr Jen has empowered me to stay focused to continue to work on myself because I matter!

the 3 secrets to sticky habits

You know what you should be doing for your wellbeing… but it’s hard to stay consistent on your own.

Life is full.

Energy is low.

And motivation? Fleeting.

You've got so many things competing for your attention... kids... work... the house... parents... life admin. You're wearing a lot of hats.

And you know that you need to take care of yourself... you know you need to stay active, eat well & practice self-care so you can keep doing all the things...

But it's like there's something invisible in the way.

And when everything turns to custard - your wellbeing is the first thing to let slide.

This is all so normal.

I've met hundreds of midlife women who are in the same boat.

Because after a lifetime of putting other people's needs first, it can be hard to focus on yourself.

The Accountability Club is here to change that.

I've designed this program for midlife women who want clarity, momentum and a support crew to get things done.

Because here are the 3 secrets to creating healthy habits that stick - as backed up by behaviour change research:

  1. Set a clear goal.

  2. Find your 'why'.

  3. Have someone hold you to account.

This is your time to refocus your goals & prioritise yourself.

This is your time to reconnect with your true values.

This is your chance to have someone supporting you & cheering you on.

this is your 30-day reset.

here's how it works

In this 30-day program you'll follow these 3 evidence-based steps to help you get clear, get focused and get motivated to achieve your goals.

Step 1: Set Your Goals With Support

We kick off on Day 1 with a live Goal Setting Webinar to get clear on your focus for the month—whether that’s more energy, better habits, or just feeling more like you.

Step 2: Stay On Track With Weekly Check-Ins

Each week, you’ll receive a short Mini Webinar focused on motivation, mindset and staying consistent. These bite-sized boosts help you stay inspired and in action.

Step 3: Feel Seen, Supported and Accountable

You’ll get regular prompts, progress check-ins, and encouragement in our private group. I’ll be right there with you—cheering you on, keeping you focused, and helping you adjust when life happens.

accountability club is not for you if...

If you're after a quick fix...

If you're looking for a cheat code to wellness...

If you're hoping that there's a shortcut to getting the mind & body that you want...

Then this is not for you.

However...

If you've tried over and over again and keep falling off the wagon with your wellbeing goals but you really want this...

If you thrive with structure, gentle support & a nudge of accountability...

And if you're ready to feel better, stronger and more in control, then...

meet your coach

Hi! I'm Jen.

I'm a health coach, physio & PhD researcher.

I've published over 50 scientific articles and helped over 150 midlife women to reclaim their vitality.

In my 17-year career as a physiotherapist, researcher and health coach, one question has bugged me over and over again…

How do you motivate someone to make a positive change in their life?

Here’s the thing. Just about everyone knows WHAT they need to do for their wellness. They usually know HOW to do it. They even know WHEN they want to do it.

They’re just missing one very important thing.

Their ‘why’.

And this is a big problem. Because without a powerful ‘why’, changing your behaviour is nearly impossible.

Because your WHY is what ignites your motivational fire.

But it wasn’t until I lost my own motivation for myself that I finally understood why starting a new habit is so damn hard.

When I found myself standing at the edge of the lake near my house, thinking about how it would feel to just walk in and never come out again, I knew something had to change.

At the time I had two young kids and felt completely burnt out. My body was a mess. I felt tired all the time, my brain was in a fog and I was carrying an extra 10kg.

I felt like my best days were behind me.

Somehow in the early years of becoming a mum, I had completely lost sight of myself. I realised I had been living my life for the approval of others.

And in the process, I had let my inner fire - that burning passion I had when I was young & energetic working towards my goals - go out.

That crunch point sparked the beginning of my quest to rediscover my true self.

Since then, I’ve refocused my goals & written my own definition of success...

I've discovered a whole new level of energy, purpose and motivation...

I'm now approaching 40 and I'm the strongest and fittest I've ever been...

And now I’m on a mission to help other women claim back their mind, their body and their time...

And rediscover their true selves.

If you can give yourself 30 days, I’ll give you the support, structure and accountability you need to kickstart your healthy habits.

I hope you can join me,
